TAMPA.- A Motion filed in court this morning requesting the
disqualification of Honorable Judge Richard Nielsen, a senior judge
of 13th Judicial court of the Hillsborough county, is
accusing him of judicial corruption and obstruction of justice.
Homeowners named judge Nielsen as the chief of a Foreclosure Scam,
and Mortgage Fraud to rip off homeowners for profit.
The
Motion to Recuse was brought by Frank Greer and Paula Greer, who
have been victims of a third (3er) Wrongful Foreclosure. The couple
has been fighting for several years to save their property from this
malicious prosecution of foreclosure initiated by Joseph T. Kohn and
Benjamin Brown of Quarles & Brady. With an unverified complaint
with serious inconsistencies, flaws, false documents and allegations,
but overall crude legal trickery.
“Judge
RICHARD
NIELSEN
is the
Chief of a white collar mafia who runs
a gross foreclosure scam,
mortgage fraud
along with some law offices in Tampa to rip off and defraud
homeowners”,
stated
the document presented in court, Foreclosure
case #18-CA-000015.
Judge
Nielsen not
only used the bench to extort, but
also obstructing
justice, violating the normal proceedings,
laws
and statutes to allow Mortgage Fraud and
Foreclosure Scams
to
proceed. Defendants’
attorney Tarya A.Tribble was threatened
and
forced
to
drop the allegation of fraud on the
court.
Also,
She was
ordered
to persuade
Defendants
from not accusing
Judge
Nielsen
of Fraud.
The
Greers,
point out that Judge Nielsen used
his
position as judge to retaliate
and obstruct justice to avoid the matter of Fraud on Court,
concerning to
a series of improprieties committed by the court
officials John Rikerson and Douglas Bakki, be
fully investigated and punished for their crime. Those court
officials were
used as witnesses to be
able to validate
purported Mortgage Note introduced
illegally
in court by Plaintiff’s lawyer Mr. Kohn in order to defraud the
Greer’s family.

Recently,
Mr. Greer’s
house was sold in a
Foreclosure Auction held by Richard Nielsen on May 12. According to
the record
of the
court,
the bidder winner was LTD Family Trust, LLC.
Conforming
to Motion for Recuse, Judge Nielsen, a puppet
of the Foreclosure Mills of Quarles & Brady and Abertelli Law
Office, obstructed The Greer’s defense by withholding
MOTION TO VACATE FINAL JUDGMENT DUE FRAUD ON THE COURT BY COURT
OFFICIALS JOHN RICKERSON AND DOUGLAS BAKKI for more than a year to
avoid the matter of Fraud on the Court to be heard in open court.
